Fast and very healthy, this fish is served on top of a puree of white Italian beans and garlic. This is a great, lower-carb alternative to the more common base of garlic mashed potatoes. Feel free to use ANY fish in this dish, as everything tastes great on top of white beans. The video also shows you how easy it is to make fish steaks into boneless, skinless, fish fillets.
